			<description>The Texas General Counsel Forum and the Dedman School of Law at Southern Methodist University will honor Guy H. Kerr, Senior Vice President/Law and Government &amp; Secretary of Belo Corp., for his dedication to ethics in business and management practices by presenting him with the fourth Robert H. Dedman Award for Ethics and Law on Thursday evening, October 14th at Bent Tree Country Club in Dallas. The award was established by the Forum and the Dedman School of Law. The dinner was inaugurated in 2001 to honor Mr. Robert H. Dedman for his commitment to ethics. Mr. Dedman passed away in 2002. This award honors a corporate attorney who has demonstrated the highest ethical standards during his or her career.
